so these lizards that the owner corrected by calling geckos actually are lizards. i jokingly told one of the girls that there was a yellow spotted lizard from holes in our bungalow. well... i was more right than i had thought. these lizards attack people and bite them and are poisonous!!!! apparently they make these growly noises before they attack, and they were doing it a ton when we first arrived. if they do it 3 or 7 times its good luck if they do it 6 times its bad luck. lets hope they did it 7 times. anyway, so glad i got real up close and personal to take pictures of them. one time one of them jumped at nicole!
